Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.
Requests for items to be added to the agenda must be submitted by 5pm the Wednesday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents etc that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.

The Dutch John Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss adoption of the following ordinances.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND SOLID WASTE AND PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION SERVICES AND PROHIBITING CERTAIN CONDUCT AND SETTING PENALTIES FOR MAINTAINING A NUISANCE.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE TOWN OF DUTCH JOHN AND SETTING FORTH REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
TEMPORARY LAND USE REGULATIONS INCLUDING MORATORIUM ON DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN SOUTH BOULEVARD, HIGHWAY 191, LITTLE HOLE ROAD AND 6TH AVENUE AND ALL SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS
